senorita-val asked: First and foremost, I absolutely LOVE your blog. I myself am not a vegan/vegetarian but eat many meals that are. AND breakfast food is MY fave too! Fitness and health have become very important to me. Since September of last year, I have lost around 20lbs simply by eating right and exercise. I'm 5'2 and 111 lbs now. Thank you for all the great recipes and ideas! Keep up the fab work :)

So I've been taking a blogging break.
I’ll be back in action tomorrow! I just needed to have a break and clear my mind. I can’t wait to put up some more recipes though! I missed sharing my yummy eats.

The gym is closed due to the power being out.
