B- oatmeal + 2T pb + tiny bit of b&j’s banana pb greek yogurt
S- banana bread + iced coffee
L- greek yogurt mess
S- 1c veggies + 1/4c hummus
D- slim down scramble + apple
I decided I’m gonna do my own thing. I did perfect today, but If I wanna have a greek yogurt mess for breakfast tomorrow I freaking will! There’s a lot of different food at my house that needs to be eaten up before my family goes to Florida in a week. So screw the 7 day slim down. Maybe I’ll do it when I get back, but my body is fine! Plus the Ben and Jerry’s Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt is calling my name <3
I can’t :( You have to buy the plan in order to have the recipes. I don’t wanna get in trouble some how by sharing their recipes. However, if they post it on their blog I’ll share it with you. Here’s their famous protein pancake recipe. It’s not exactly the slim down pancakes, but it’s super close!
B- slim down pancakes + iced coffee
S- grapefruit + stevia + chai tea
L- veggie burger salad + apple
S- simple protein shake
D- fish + 1c veggies
S- sleepytime vanilla tea
Want me to do them everyday? Because I always keep food records but I don’t always post them. Also thank you so much! You’re so sweet <3
If so, let me know! :)
It has to do with the Tone It Up Diet and Workout Plan. You have to buy it.
I have it everyday, it’s amazing and I’m happy you tried it! Keep up the good work <3
I feel like I’m two different people sometimes. One is healthy and balanced. The other is evil and controlling. I feel like such a failure for eating more. However, instead of hating myself I’m going to do Tone It Up’s 7 Day Slim Down. I need to focus and have more motivation.
For dinner I had a sweet potato + 2T coconut banana butter and 100cal kettle corn, but then I also had a cookie and 2 pieces of banana bread. Oh well, I was still hungry to I guess I needed it.
K one vote for the minimalist! :) That’s my first choice.
What do you guys think? I like the minimalist or minimal.
B- oatmeal + 1T pb
S- homemade vegan banana bread + apple + homemade iced coffee
L- fish wrap + 1 peanut butter banana oatmeal cookie + coconut water
S- coconut & almond kind bar
D- veggie burger salad + strawberry 0% chobani sweet potato + 100cal popcorn + 2 slices of vegan banana bread + 1 pb banana oatmeal cookie
Sure are! You get protein from the burger and lots of nutrients from the veggies in the salad. Just try not to add cheese or dressing if you wanna lose weight. However, if you need dressing make sure it’s a low cal one, or you don’t use a lot of it.
thank you <33
What do you mean?
Sure! However, it’s not realistic to lose all 15 pounds by your pool party but you can lose a decent amount if you focus. You’re gonna wanna do 35-40 minutes of cardio 5x a week. Combine that with strength training circuits. I love Tone It Up for good toning circuit. Here’s some options for meals that will help you drop weight.
B- Cinnamon Blueberry Steel Cut Oats,Vanilla Almond Chai Protein Smoothie, Super-Sized Berry-Nana Oatmeal Parfait
S- apple + 1T peanut butter, apple + 100cal popcorn, apple + baby carrots, chobani 0% flavored yogurt + 1/4c berries
L- Chopped Apple Salad For One, Kitchen Sink Salad, Banana Roll Up, Pizza-Bella
S- kind bar, clif bar, luna bar, larabar, veggies + 1/4c hummus
D- refer to lunch
Basically all of my recipes will help you lose weight, but those are some of the lowest calorie ones. Stay focus! Also remember to eat enough. Aim for 1500 calories. That way you’ll lose weight but you won’t deprive yourself.
Well what foods do you wanna eat? Then I could give you a good plan.
My mom wants me to use up some of the oatmeal since we have a lot. She was gonna make the oatmeal cookie recipe on the Quaker box, but I said no! I wanted to try a new recipe. We also have a TON of bananas because our banana trees are ripe. So I’m making some peanut butter banana oatmeal cookies along with banana bread. I have high hopes for the cookies! :)
I haven’t had it in awhile. I’ll post the recipe and pictures when I’m done! :)
Making a post for you right now! :)
I use unsweetened vanilla almond breeze almond milk. I have no idea what carragenan is, but I know almond milk is way better for you than regular milk. No other species on the plant drinks another species’ milk.
I use raw vegan pea protein powder. It’s not harmful to your body what so ever. Having a low protein intake is also bad for your body. I don’t use whey or casein. I know what I’m doing.
Nature’s Path Organic Pumpkin Flax Plus granola :) I just use 1/4c of it. I also like to use Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax if I want more granola.
