Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats. These oats were delicious. They’re a perfect fall breakfast. Probably the best pumpkin oats I’ve ever had. I’m definitely going to make this again soon. I love overnight oats when I’m crunched for time in the morning.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8th tsp nutmeg, 1/8th tsp ginger)
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- Walnuts (optional topping)
- Raisins (topping)
- Combine all ingredients besides the toppings in a bowl the night before.
- In the morning mix the oats and then top! Simple as that.
