Welcome to my blog! My name is Amber and this blog is all about healthy eats and yummy recipes. I believe that you don't have to sacrifice flavor in order to eat healthy, and all my recipes prove that. Goals For June

  1. Go to the beach at least 4x a week. It’s summer and it’s time to soak up the sun. 
  2. Finish the Hunger Games. I NEED to finish it already. I bought it awhile ago and I have barely picked it up. Since I’ll have more time I’ll try and read it while I’m at the beach. 
  3. Continue to try new recipes. This one is for you guys. I love having trying new recipes and sharing them with you and I hope to be going recipe crazy this summer. 
  4. Have an AMAZING time in Florida. I’m going to Florida for 2 weeks and I’m going to Disney World and Universal Studios. I’m really gonna practice balance while I’m there. No depriving, but no over doing it. I’m still try to blog while I’m there. 
  5. Workout with the sis. My sister is my best friend and I can’t wait to see her. She just recently go into running so I’m gonna do my best to workout with her over the summer. 
  6. Hike 1x a week. I love hiking so I’m gonna do it a ton this summer. I’m gonna try to do it more than 1x a week, but I want to have achievable goals. 
  7. Do yoga 1x a week. I love yoga but I rarely do it. I hope to do it more this summer. I wanna find a good yoga studio.
