I just got back home from the gym.
I was planning on going to bodypump this morning but the instructor didn’t show up. What the heck! So I decided to get in some cardio. I first ran 2 miles on the treadmill, then hopped on the elliptical for 2 more miles. I felt amazing after, minus the blisters on my feet! I think I need new running shoes?
